A range of flexible group therapy options are available within the service for the treatment of anxiety and depression; including morning, lunchtime and evening sessions via Zoom. These span 4/6 weeks and typically involve groups of up to thirty attendees that cannot see each other, while being led by trained NHS professionals.

Managing Low Mood:

This group focuses on managing symptoms of depression; including goal-setting, motivation, challenging negative thinking, scheduling activities and improving sleep, diet and exercise.

Managing Stress & Anxiety:

This group focuses on managing symptoms of stress and anxiety; including goal-setting, regulating stress, managing worry, problem-solving and improving sleep, diet and exercise.

Managing Anxiety & Low Mood:

This group focuses on managing symptoms of anxiety and depression; including goal-setting, managing worry, dealing with uncertainty, scheduling activities and improving sleep, diet and exercise.
