Mindfulness is about becoming more aware of the present moment to help us enjoy the world around us. Research suggests that it can be helpful with symptoms of low mood, anxiety, improve concentration and memory and help with sleep.

This workshop gives an introduction to Mindfulness, Mindfulness exercises and links to further information. This is an experiential workshop.
