During these uncertain and challenging times, it will be natural for us to feel worried, anxious and low in mood.  This webinar looks at how CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques can be used to help manage these feelings.  It will help you to feel not as overwhelmed by what is going on around you.  The content will include facts about Coronavirus, understanding worry, low mood and anxiety and a selection of brief practical strategies you can learn to tackle these difficulties.
