This 45 minute webinar gives an overview of the systems that govern sleep, normal stages of sleep and describes why problems can occur. It introduces CBT as a method to improve ‘Sleep hygiene’, to restrict sleep to promote better quality sleep, and to use ‘stimulus control’ to strengthen our natural cues to sleep. The webinar covers ways to manage anxiety and worry around sleep, and concludes with making a plan for what to do next for your sleep.
