Referring yourself is a quick and simple way for you to access NHS talking therapies without going to see your GP.

You must be at least 18 years old to refer yourself and registered with one of the following GP surgeries in the Milton Keynes CCG area.

After your referral we will contact you, usually by phone or text message, to arrange a telephone assessment appointment.

Please be aware we are not a crisis service. 

Having thoughts and feelings of hopelessness can be normal when you are feeling depressed. However, we are not able to provide immediate help and support if you are feeling suicidal or in crisis.
