Being active improves mental wellbeing through providing opportunities to develop and reinforce personal and social, self-esteem and self-control, all aspects that can contribute to a sense of mental wellbeing. This webinar focuses on physical activity such as exercise and other activities and ways to start, increase or maintain this for mental wellbeing.
