*2 in 3 UK men report feeling so stressed in the past year that they have felt overwhelmed and unable to cope* (Mental Health Foundation 2019).  We try and help all individuals that are struggling with every day problems such as low mood, anxiety, worries, stress etc.  This workshop looks at men's mental health, gives an introduction to CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), explores low mood and anxiety, cycles and provides techniques on how to overcome these cycles.
