There can be times when our motivation levels are low. Normally, we are able to pick ouselves up after a while and get back on track. Sometimes, we get stuck in this cycle of low motiviation and find it hard to get out. This workshop looks at what affects motivation, helps to identify unhelpful patterns of behaviour and explores how to increase motivation through behavioural changes.
