This webinar introduces you to how being more compssionate towards yourself can help you develop and work with experiences of inner warmth, safeness and soothing. 

You will be introduced to some simple techniques to help you become more compassionate towards yourself and be provided with information about how to access further support if you feel you need it.

This webinar is provided by Milton Keynes Talking Therapies Service (IAPT) for anybody who lives or works in Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.
