When things are tough, it's natural to feel worried, apprehensive, or depressed. Job insecurity, redundancy, debt, and financial difficulties can all be stressful.
Our webinars/workshops are designed and delivered by trained therapists who will teach participants tools and techniques to help them become more aware of their financial situation and how to deal with it.
