We all worry from time to time, but sometimes our worrying can become a little out of control. This can be when we find ourselves worrying about everything and anything, certain worries play on your mind or finding that you a have a lot of “what if ….” worries. This workshop looks at how we can identify these worries and how we can manage them better.
