We all suffer from varying degrees of stress but when we feel overwhelmed with stress it can be difficult to concentrate and focus on the task at hand. This workshop explains what stress is, the causes of stress, what CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is, how to use CBT techniques to manage stress and how to access further support. This is a useful workshop for everyone as it covers how to manage in general.
