Given the current guidance on social distancing, we are mainly offering support by telephone, video call, or online, with very limited capacity for face to face appointments.

We will continue to provide therapies by telephone, video call, or online where possible. However, you may be offered a face to face appointment if this is not possible.

If you are invited to a face to face appointment you will be asked if you or anbody in your household have any of the following symptoms:

  • A fever
  • A new continuous cough which is unusual for you
  • Any change in your sense of smell or taste

You will also be asked to wear a face covering and your temperature will be checked upon arrival for your appointement.

Keeping Well is a partnership between the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Services provided by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service and Luton Total Wellbeing Service.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought considerable challenges and stresses to health and care professionals.  Working longer hours in hospitals, community and care homes, seeing friends and colleagues become unwell, being redeployed or asked to work in unfamiliar areas may have impacted your stress, anxiety or mood.

You may have worries about your own or your family’s health and safety. You might be exhausted from juggling the pressures of home life and childcare, social isolation and the uncertainty that this period brings to all our lives.
