Given the guidance on social distancing, we are mainly offering support by telephone, video call, or online, with some limited capacity for face to face appointments.

You may choose to attend your appointments face to face if you prefer, or we may invite you for face to face if we feel it's clinically necessary.

The Health & Safety of our patients and staff is of upmost importance. When attending appointments you will be asked to observe social distancing and wear a face mask while inside the building. We will also need to check your temperature on arrival.

If you or anybody in your household or support bubble have experienced the following symptoms in the last 10 days, please inform the service immediately and do not attend your appointment.

  • A fever
  • A new continuous cough which is unusual for you
  • Any change in your sense of smell or taste

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought considerable challenges and stresses to health and care professionals.  Working longer hours in hospitals, community and care homes, seeing friends and colleagues become unwell, being redeployed or asked to work in unfamiliar areas may have impacted your stress, anxiety or mood.

You may have worries about your own or your family’s health and safety. You might be exhausted from juggling the pressures of home life and childcare, social isolation and the uncertainty that this period brings to all our lives.
