If this is the first time you need help for a mental health crisis
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis for the first time you should contact your GP or NHS 111.
They will be able to provide you with advice and signposting to an appropriate service.
Milton Keynes Talking Therapies is not a crisis service.
If you already use mental health services
If you already use mental health services and experience a mental health crisis you should contact the team responsible for your care.
If the team responsible for your care is closed you can call the CNWL Out of Hours Urgent Advice Line on 0800 0234 650.
In an emergency
The Samaritans are there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to listen. Call them any time on 116 123 if you need somebody to talk to.
If you or somebody else’s life is in danger contact the emergency services on 999 or go to A&E.
